1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellation is not possible.
- Our system automatically generates and delivers digital reports, so cancellations are not feasible.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any digital products. However, refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same product, contact us with proof, and we will issue a refund for the extra charge.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Product Delivery: If you receive the wrong or incomplete digital file, we will correct and resend the correct product at no extra cost.
3. Replacement Policy
If there is any technical issue with the downloaded file, we will provide a replacement file free of charge.
4. How to Request a Correction or Refund (If Eligible)
If you qualify for a refund or correction, please follow these steps:
